1. Trimming station

• All drilling spindles are individually controlled. This allows every drilling position on the surface. Reduction of set-up time to almost "0"

3. Horizontal drilling and dowel insertion station

• Each side a 4-spindle drilling head, in combination with a glue injecting/dowel insertion unit with glue control (ELC); Dowel: 8x40 mm
• All drilling spindles are individually controlled. This allows all drilling patterns (with or without dowel insertion)

The machine can be integrated in a production line or it can work as a stand-alone-machine. A stand-alone-machine is operated by 2 operators or by a robot. A hopper feed is also possible.
