KOCH Type N-600 - second-hand Grooving-Machine (Year 2001)

Machine specification

  • Hopper feed, filling height approx. 300 mm
  • 1 bottom grooving unit for drawer bottoms, saw blade ∅ 90 mm
  • Jump attachment for stopped groove
  • Groove position: 12 - 62,5 mm from the reference edge

Machine specification

  • Stationary stop is at the left machine side, seen in transport direction

    • 2x pneutmatic clamping for X-adjustment of vertical drilling unit

    • 1x Overhead beam, on both sides with linear guides
    • Lateral stock alignment

    • Support at the left side in the drilling station for bottom drilling at the edge, with adjustment 9-35 mm in X-direction and adjustment in feed direction (Y), 1 drilling motor (2kW)
    • 2x pneumatic clamping for X-adjustment of vertical drilling unit
